关于Building Permit的几点注意

昨天晚上给ADMIN写信询问我们的building permit申请情况,想确认一下到底clarendon是通过private surveyor申请还是通过 council申请的 building permit
因为我们看网络上有些builder通过private surveyor申请,时间不会超过三周.
得到ADMIN回复如下:他们向我们确认,他们申请building permit是用的surveyor.并且确认我们的SITE STAR的时间已经book好了在二月,他们会掌握lodge building permit的时间,以fit我们site star的时间
现在他们唯一需要的就是银行的unconditional approval letter

Thank you for letting me know about the processing of your loan. It can take ahwile for formal approval of the loan to come through.
That would be appreciated if the lender could send the formal bank approval letter as that is all we are awaiting from on your end.
Regarding your question about the building permit, yes it has been lodged this week and we do use a surveyor.
As I mentioned there is no need for you to worry about this, as we do all this and no when to lodge the permits to fit in with your site start.
When we lodged the permit we were still awaiting engineering, due to the Company we use for your engineering report had just gotten back from the Christmas/New Year break.
You are booked in for a site start in February.

今早先打了个电话问council我们的building permit申请情况, 但是council系统里没有我们地的lodgement记录!
我们详细问了一下council 关于直接通过council申请 和通过 surveyor申请的区别
他们说,这个building permit是 Building Commission统一管理的。
一般来说, 向council申请building permit需要3-4个星期 (这是Maroondah Council的审批速度, 但是每个council具体情况不一样, 最长审批速度不会超过6个星期!)
如果用的是private surveyor相对出building permit的时间较短, 一般最多只需2个星期!
各位TZ造房申请building permit留意一下, 可以向自己的builder和council询问以下相关building permit的申请方式和审批时间!
