曹廷军谋杀包燕菲案今天开始审理

一名男子被控谋杀了基督城房地产中介包燕菲，此案今天开始在新西兰高等法院庭审。

2023年7月19日，包燕菲在Hornby 区失踪了，当时她要去向一位潜在客户展示一栋房子。

一年后，今年7月31日，她的遗体找到了，被人浅埋在Greenpark 某农场一排树下。

53岁的中国人曹廷军（Tingjun Cao，音译） 是在包燕菲失踪几日之后，在基督城机场被捕的。

包燕菲的一位朋友名田金（Jin Tian，音译）在她失踪当天上午曾与她通过话，田金说包燕菲承诺会回拨，但是没有做到。

田金在社交媒体上说，包燕菲在通话中提到过有一位潜在客户想要转钱到新西兰。

田金认为那位潜在客户可能是最后与包燕菲谈话的人。

包燕菲失踪当晚，她丈夫报了警。随后在7月21日，包燕菲的手机被找到了，在一条高速公路的旁边草地里。

曹廷军原本被起诉的罪名是绑架，但是在两天之后，警方说包燕菲应当已经死亡，调查转为命案调查。

去年9月份，曹廷军被控谋杀罪名，他拒不认罪。绑架罪名已被撤销了。

包燕菲生前与丈夫Paul Gooch 一起住在基督城，她失踪时，女儿9岁。

去年8月份，包燕菲的家人发声明感谢民众的支持，敦促知情人士站出来。

本案庭审时间定为六周。

检方怀疑的作案动机是性暴力，因为在疑凶的手机中找到一张疑似Bao女士的照片，照片中的遗体下身全裸，身上带血。
"Stuart said while the Crown does not have to prove a motive, a graphic photograph allegedly of Bao bloodied and naked from the waist down, which was said to have been found on Cao’s phone, may suggest there was a “sexual element” behind Cao’s actions, which he denies."

警方最终找到遗体是因为破解了Bao女士的手机密码，根据健康app步数等数据找到具体埋尸点。
“The “breakthrough” meant they could access health data which greatly narrowed the search at a farm – and even showed the steps taken at the location, and would later take officers to a windbreak of trees where her body would eventually be found.”

Bao女士曾试图帮疑凶找工作。
“He had struggled for work and she was helping him find a new job after an initial opportunity did not work out.”

疑凶的brother和sister-in-law通过Bao女士买了一套房，疑凶出资了一万纽币，算是对brother和sister-in-law帮助自己在新西兰定居的报答。疑凶之后一直与Bao女士保持联系。
