Marketing Program Specialist, Communication Services,

An exciting opportunity exists in Global Services for a suitablyqualified candidate in this position based in North Ryde. The Marketing ProgramSpecialist is accountable for implementation and management of the servicedevelopment strategy, delivery and market development in consultation with theMarketing Program Manager. The Communication Services program encompasses CreativeServices, Dynamic Content Publishing and CampaignConnect. This role will report to Marketing Program Manager.
Specific accountabilities include:
- Implementing and managing service development for each Line of Service (LOS) which supports a segment of the FXGS targets and key “go to market” strategy,
- Support the achievement of the right financial outcomes for FXGS
- Contributing to market growth and client acquisition to increase FXGS market penetration,
- Continuous review and improvement of business processes, customer insight and experience, efficiency and effectiveness, and overall service and solutions value proposition.
- Work with marketing communications to provide direction on LOS promotional initiatives to drive service awareness and generate leads
In order to be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate: - Minimum 2 years experience in Business to Business Marketing Management i.e product lifecycle management, marketing program development and business to business marketing communications and promotions development,
- Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategy for existing and evolving lines of service,
- Experience gained in a large sales-focused corporate environment,
- An in-depth management understanding of a solutions sales approach,
- Leadership and change management track record,
- A flair for developing strategy for increasing ROI across the program
- Preferable: Experience in outsourcing environment, Background in communications (i.e. Creative and Design, Direct mail, Electronic communications)
