这是我tender的一部分啊,site cost在我的site被builder分成两部分。一部分是各种七七八八的cost:
Three phase power to run to the meter box and air conditioning unit (if applicable) only. NOTE: The Owner/s acknowledge and accept that
additional costs will apply should they require to run three phase power past this point.
Allowance for back to back sub-board. NOTE: Should Owner wish to
relocate the sub-board to a different location ie. other side of garage, an additional cost of $840 will apply.
Permanent power pole required and assumed to front left.
Allowance in costing to run cable down from overhead riser bracket, through home to meter box
NBN: Provide conduit provision for future fibre optic cabling to home (ie. NBN cabling to be installed by other supplier).
Sewer run to house connection and stormwater house run - Builder has
assumed to street.
Provisional sum allowance for access should access or delivery be impeded
(includes $1,500 for 3x 12 tonne cranes and $1,000 for rubbish removal)
PS$12,500.
Additional contour survey required after the home has been removed. Please note the height of the pad/ home may change due to this.
一共是17301。包括12500 provisonal sum给site access因为我俩小时parking之类的问题。

这些是七七八八的site cost
然后之前tender一直在等engineering report但是等了四周,就allowance 给了2w。这么写的当时Provide provisional sum for slab upgrade and engineering requirements。
所以这是第一次看到engineering plan,第一次有个准确报价,之前估价是一万六到两万四,结果超了不少。
很不可置信的一点是,我到目前,给builder交了2500。就只有两千五,换来往来一千条短信吧,四十几个email,quote给了四五版,tender也俩版,我还是很满意的。
