Full Time Senior PHP Developer

Position Title:
Lead PHP/MySQL Developer with design capabilities and proficiency with Adobe suite of web products
Position Description:
PHP/MySQL developer dedicated to his/her craft who can work with creatives and turn ideas into digital reality. The ideal candidate writes great code, works with key Adobe products, is proficient with heavily database driven sites and can hit the ground running with a range of existing projects.
You will be responsible for aspects of the ongoing suite of online programs and website development, from initial specification, development, usability, testing and go live.
Responsibilities:
• Be professional in the role of lead PHP/MySQL Developer
Requirements:
• Proven software development experience in PHP with MySQL database using cPanel Admin
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies - HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, AJAX etc
• Understand CMS platform Wordpress
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, eBay etc)
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
• Write well designed code
• Create project specifications for client pitches and internal operations
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow industry best practices
• Be ideas-focussed and introduce new features and tools if necessary
Also Beneficial:
• Good knowledge of version control tools and of developing web services
• Understanding of Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, osCommerce, Magento
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Filemaker
Job Type: Full-time
Local candidates only: Melbourne VIC
Required experience: PHP developer: minimum 4 years
Required language: PHP, MySQL

只招senior , 进来就能干活的。原先的那个刚走，公司里没有会的人了。

我也不懂,只是转发而已。这个要找的人虽是senior developer但在公司里归web designer. 也许你的建议是对的，我应该改一改，更明确一点。
