我打算持续更新这帖子成为狗狗零食帖，只要我能记得拍照。
椰香地瓜美毛米饼
地瓜(番薯) 300g (削皮之后的重量)
brown rice flour 2杯 (250ML的量杯)
organic virgin coconut oil 1 1/2 汤匙
鸡蛋一个
linseed meal 1 汤匙
椰丝 1 汤匙
做法
1.地瓜切块，切片或刨丝，放微波炉叮软，大约4-5分钟，压成泥之后稍微放凉。
2.把椰子油，鸡蛋和linseed meal加入地瓜泥中拌匀。
3.倒入米粉揉成团。
4.橄成厚片用cookie cutter切好。
5.烤箱预热180度，烤40分钟到饼干变硬即可。
提醒
1.brown rice flour可以用rice flour, wholemeal flour，tapioca flour，或是chickpea flour代替，不用whomeal flour就是wheat/gluten free，可以减少狗狗过敏的机率。米粉和地瓜的份量可以自行增减，只要能揉成团，太干就加点水，太湿就多加点粉。
2.地瓜可以用南瓜代替。
3.鸡蛋，linseed和coconut oil都是很好的美毛食材，尤其是coconut oil，对狗有很多的益处，除了可以增进毛皮健康，还可以增强免疫力，减少过敏，帮助消化，去除口臭，平衡胰岛素和促进甲状腺功能，预防和控制糖尿病，减少关节炎，减肥等...，每天给狗狗吃一点椰油对他们的健康很好，不过记得要买unrefined cold pressed的才有效。
4.烤的时间仅供参考，只要烤到饼干够硬就可以了。
补充
coconut oil的建议份量
每5kg体重吃1 teaspoon(5ml), 可以拌到狗粮里，我是拌到他们的蔬菜泥里，要是没吃蔬菜就用汤匙直接餵，我家两少爷都很爱吃。
刚开始要从少量餵起，免得拉肚子，我是从1/4 teaspoon开始餵，每隔几天增加一点。
unrefined cold pressed的椰子油在24,25度以下是白色固体状的，天热就会变成透明水状，可别以为油坏了。
要是狗狗身上有伤口或被蚊虫咬了，椰子油擦在伤口上还能加速伤口愈合，不过要记得千万保持瓶子里的椰子油干净，别弄脏或沾水。
