However, the Rehabilitation Trustee is currently considering asking the Disputing Parties to withdraw their objection upon the Rehabilitation Trustee’s receipt of your expression of intention to participate in the Rehabilitation Proceedings. If the objection are withdrawn by the Disputing Parties, your claims will be approved and, after prescribed proceedings, you will be able to receive repayment based on the rehabilitation plan. (※Even if the Disputing Parties withdraw their objection, in the case where you do not follow the prescribed proceedings after the withdrawal of the objection, you may not be able to receive repayment based on the rehabilitation plan). |
