How to enrol
This is the front cover of the 2012 enrolment information booklet for the Saturday School of Community Languages. It contains all the information relating to the school and the process of enrolment.
The 2013 enrolment information is now available online.
Please read the 2013 enrolment information (pdf 2012 KB) to find out more about the languages we offer and where you can study them.
To enrol in a course in 2013, follow the steps below:
1. All new students must complete and submit the 2013 new enrolment form (pdf 475 KB) If you are entering Year 7 in 2013, the principal of your high school must sign the form before it is submitted to us for processing.
If you are applying to enrol in the Year 11 Heritage Chinese, Japanese or Korean course, then you must also complete appendix 2 (pdf 483 KB)
It is important to note that we expect Heritage languages classes to fill quickly so all forms and supporting documentation must be submitted as soon as possible. Once classes have reached their maximum enrolment intake, no further enrolments will be accepted.
2. Once your new enrolment application has been completed and signed by your high school principal, please send it, along with other any other forms and supporting documentation (if required), to:
