1月30日消息   上周六在维州西北部Murray River钓鱼时不幸溺水失踪的两名亚裔兄弟的尸体，均已被陆续寻获。

这起意外发生在1月27日上周六上午10点左右，墨尔本的亚裔三兄弟趁着国庆节长周末前往维州西北部的Murray River流域钓鱼。其中一个人的鱼竿不小心被河水冲走，那人跳进河中想捡回来，却不料人也被河水冲走，另一兄弟见状也跳入河中救人，结果同样被激流冲走，第三名兄弟在救人不成功后，立即报警求助。

两名失踪的兄弟分别年仅29岁和 31岁，分别名叫Nhan Nguyen和Vu Nguyen。维州和新州警方及紧急服务队人员（SES）接报后到场搜索，并派蛙人潜入河中搜寻，两具尸体已陆续被寻获。

发生意外的地点，水深大约有7米，且水流很急。据目击者表示，第一位下水的男子曾爬上一块大石，其后体力不支又再失踪。

澳洲的华人移民与中国留学生在海边进行游泳、钓鱼、拾贝等休闲活动时发生意外、出现伤亡的悲剧时有发生。

据最新公布的数据显示，单单在新州NSW，平均每年就有7人死于石滩、礁石垂钓，其中三分之一为华人或韩国人，有一人为女性。过去的四年里，共有29人因崖边垂钓而溺毙，死者中来自中国大陆和香港地区的占21％，韩裔占17％。遇难者中大部分为30～49岁年龄组人士。

海边、河边垂钓看似休闲，其实非常危险。所有的垂钓者都应采取基本的安全措施，包括不要单独在海边或河边钓鱼，脚穿合适的鞋子，更保险些最好穿上救生衣，并且注意潮汐涨落时间和河水湍急情况，不要在夜里和海浪大的时候垂钓。

Second river body found

POLICE have found the body of a second Melbourne man who drowned in the Murray River on Saturday.

The two brothers died during a family fishing trip at Boundary Bend, about 100km from Swan Hill, in Victoria's north-west.

The body of 29-year-old Nhan Nguyen was found by NSW Police Divers about 11am yesterday.

The body of his elder brother Vu, 31, was recovered by police and State Emergency Service (SES) divers at 8.20am today, NSW police said.

The family tragedy occurred after one of the men went into the water to retrieve a fishing rod and got into difficulty about 10am Saturday.

Police say his brother went in to help and also came to grief.

A third brother tried to rescue the pair but struggled in the water. He eventually made it back to shore.

Emergency services were contacted and officers from Deniliquin Local Area Command had been searching the river for the men's bodies since Saturday, with assistance from Victorian Police Search and Rescue Squad.

据2008年11月21日澳洲新闻联社报道，新州又发生海边钓鱼者被大浪卷走遇难事件。

11月21日星期五下午三点左右，一名男子午在悉尼南区Botany Bay海边Point Solander岩石上钓鱼时被巨浪卷入海中。紧急救援人员出动一架救援直升机赶到现场后救起落水男子，但已回天乏术。

警方表示，遇难者是和一群朋友一起在该处钓鱼时发生意外。

A fisherman is dead after being washed off rocks into the sea in Sydney's south, an ambulance spokeswoman says.

Emergency crews were called to Point Solander in Botany Bay about 3pm (AEDT) on Friday after reports a person had fallen into the water.

"A rescue helicopter and road ambulances responded but the person was found deceased," the spokeswoman said.

Water police crews recovered the body a short time later.

The man was part of a group rock fishing at the location, a police spokesman said.

Other men in the group are being questioned but the death is not being treated as suspicious.

A post-mortem examination is to determine the cause of death, currently believed to be drowning, the spokesman said.

今天上午7点半，一名76岁的垂钓老者在悉尼North Bondi钓鱼时坠落悬崖溺亡。

据预测，今天悉尼各大著名海滩都将是风急浪高，请去海边的网友们千万小心了。。。

An elderly man is dead after plunging from rocks into rough seas in Sydney's east.

Paramedics were called to the area, near Bondi Golf Club, just after 7.30am (AEDT) on Monday after reports of a body in the water, the Ambulance Service of NSW said.

An ambulance helicopter retrieved a 76-year-old man from the sea, but medics were unable to revive him.

Witnesses said they saw a man fishing from the rocks early on Monday morning, but it was unclear whether it was the same man.

"He appears to have fallen from the rocks," an ambulance spokeswoman told AAP.

"He may not have necessarily drowned. He may have hit his head on the rocks, he may have had a heart attack ... there could be a multitude of reasons as to why he's dead."

A report is being prepared for the coroner.

The swell at most of Sydney's beaches is expected to be high on Monday.

上面两个钓点去过好多次了，岩石边缘的确非常危险，常有意想不到的大浪不期而至，后经LD极力反对，已经好久没去了。

据2009年4月25日《悉尼晨锋报》报道，悉尼连续两天发生钓鱼者被大浪卷入海里溺亡事件。

4月24日星期五傍晚6点40分左右，一名58岁岩滩钓鱼男子在North Bondi被大浪卷走，踪迹全无，至今仍未被寻获；

今天早上8点20分，也是在North Bondi，一名20多岁年轻男子垂钓时被大浪冲入海中。当时警方正在搜寻昨晚那名失踪钓鱼者，因此很快就将这名年轻人救起，立即做人工呼吸，但已经回天乏术。



岩滩垂钓，危险重重，只是很难理解为什么总有那么多不怕死的前赴后继钓鱼人士，MS新足迹上的钓鱼爱好者也不少，请千万注意安全 。。。

A fisherman has died after being swept off rocks at North Bondi, in Sydney's east.

The man aged in his 20s was washed off rocks at Ben Buckler Point at 8.20am (AEST) on Saturday, and rescued by police involved in a search for another fisherman washed into the sea on Friday.

Water police and Polair rescued the man not long after he was washed from the point, with officers performing CPR en route to Watson's Bay wharf, where an ambulance was waiting.

However, the man died a short time later.

The drowning comes as emergency services continue their search for a 58-year-old man from Moorebank, in southwest Sydney, who was washed off rocks at North Bondi on Friday night.

The man was fishing with a friend on rocks below the sewerage works when several large waves hit the pair about 6.40pm (AEST).

His companion, from Moree in northern NSW, was able to cling to rocks and contacted emergency services to raise the alarm.

A search on Friday night, including rescue helicopters, water police and coastal patrol vessels, failed to find the man, and the search was called off at 8.45pm due to rough conditions.

The other fisherman was taken to St Vincent's Hospital as a precaution but later released.

Police resumed their search for the missing fisherman at 6am (AEST) on Saturday.
