父母移民的申请,可以在我们住满两年前递交吗?

我们要到明年7月份才满两年,妈妈的探亲签证明年3月就到期了,可不可以申请再次探亲和申请移民的签证一起交呢?反正现在买位也要那么久.还是移民局那里会一收到资料,就评估,符合条件的才收呢?否则就会退回来?

另外据说也可以在境内申请的,有TZ试过吗?还是一定要出境后才能递交啊?

正常情况下不行.法律是这样写的:

Who is this visa for?

This visa is for you if you are a parent of a child (natural, adopted or step child) who is a settled Australian citizen, settled permanent resident or settled eligible New Zealand citizen and:

    * at least half of your children are permanently resident in Australia
      or
    * you have more children living permanently in Australia than in any other country

Settled
    A person is considered settled if they are an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen who is lawfully resident in Australia for a reasonable period. In normal circumstances, two (2) years is considered to be a reasonable period.

因此以递表日期开始算.

境内申请男的要65岁女的60岁以上才合资格.

那境外申请的意思是一定要申请人在境外吗? 如果我妈探亲签证4月份过来了,我7月份把准备好的资料在中国寄到PERTH,这可以算吗?

从字面上理解那境外申请的意思是一定要申请人在境外,具体我也不清楚.境内每年付费才200多名额,境外3200多名额.

我父母的付费类申请就是在我还没满二年的时候递交的，大概是一年半的时候，因为不想再多等。现在已经超过二年了，还没有排到签证官审理。我觉得不会是移民局那里会一收到资料,就评估,符合条件的才收，否则就会退回来，要不然我的申请早退回来了。

但我的例子还没有成功，不算数的，LZ自己斟酌决定吧，我是愿赌服输的那类人。呵呵。
