昨天把全险从NRMA转到Progressive， 交完钱发现领证时间系统算的不对，更正一下多花了$99.4. 发邮件投诉，没想到Progressive 说现在申请保险要填澳洲驾照时间，不是填中国的！那就是不认中国的？靠，幸好我问一下，要不然有可能claim的时候保险失效，至少也要像COLES一样多交EXCESS！
还是明天转回NRMA吧。还以为转一下能省500。
更新，2次打Progressive 1800电话确认，绝对不承认海外驾龄，同时也不提供保险给 oversea licence, even USA licence，和是不是中国驾照没关系，比coles还不如. 即使你澳洲驾龄有10年，申请保险的时候必须正确提供澳洲驾照的领证时间，系统的问题写明的，否则一旦发现，拒赔。

Your price was based on the information that you entered in your quote. Should you update any of that information on your policy, the price is subject to change based on the new information.
We ask you to enter the age you were first licenced in Australia; this does not include the time you held a licence in a different country. So if you first obtained your Australian licence in 2016, that is the correct year that should be listed on your policy.

I want to make a complaint.
My birthday is xx/xx/1989. My first licence (PR. China) was issued on 02/02/2012. At that day, I was only 22, not 23 (I will turn to 23 after 13/04/2012). As an oversea student, I used my oversea licence in Australia directly as it is allowed by Australian law. After I got my permanent resident VISA, I transferred my oversea licence to Australian full licence on Jan 2016. So when I signed up, the online system asked the age I obtain my licence in Australia, I typed 22. Why the system automatically generate the information that "Year first licenced in Australia" is 2011 after I reviewed the driver information in myprogressive? After I updated the "Year first licenced in Australia" to 2012, the premium jumped up, added $99.40.
It is quite unfair & unacceptable, every information I enter is correct when I signed up, after I paid the premium, the system generated incorrect information, which may make my policy invalid!!! The quotes you gave customers are absolutely incorrect. I think you against the Australian Customer Law. You did not honour the price I got in the previous quote.
