Still looking for some good property investment opportunities.
Thinking about the below 2 and bit hard to choose from(both are off-the-plan):
1. Sydney Burwood Wilga St - just opposite to shopping centre, 5 minutes walk to the station, split level, internal is 84sqm, facing North, the price is over $640k. Only facility is lift.
2. Epping park - Meriton's project, a small 2 bedders @$591k, internal is 74sqm, 15 minutes walk to Epping station, facing north east, the building has pool, tennis court, etc etc. The same property's price has been dropped from $698k to $654k to $591k since last Sep.
Location wise, Burwood is better than Epping - just not quite sure about the capital grow potential. Any opinions or suggestions, more than welcome!
