一周前我从burwood一个华人电脑店买了10张verbatim DVD+ DL 刻录盘。很便宜，三块八一张。
结果回家一试，问题来了，第一张刻录机不认，第二张刻完了xbox360不认，之前之后从officeworks(断档，2.7元一张，不过只有4张） 和harris tech（5块）买的都没问题 。
我抱着试一试的态度拨通了威宝客服，很热情，了解情况后给我回了个mail.

As i suggested on the phone, please send the media in to the address listed below, with a copy of this email so that we can refer back to this case, your address details so i can send you some replacement media, and your contact number in case there are any problems and we need to talk to you.
Could you provide one burnt disk, one unburnt disk, and a copy of your receipt as i will have to chase the company up if the media prooves to be fake. Going by what you paid for the media, i think it may be fake, but it is still too early to be sure.

我寄去了，两天后回电话说经过测试，盘没问题，they are very sensitive(不明白）。
今天我收到了作为replacement的5张盘（我寄了3张）。这服务没话说了。 |
