无语了,移民局书面告诉我103申请后3年才能拿排队号

我父母的103申请从11年递上去已经整整1年半了，苦等没等到排队号，我发邮件给西澳父母签证中心，今天得到书面答复：103自申请日起2-3年得到排队号，之后排队13-15年。

排队15年倒是比之前传的20年短一点了，但是这个等号的3年，实在是让人很无语啊！听说早年很多前辈有1个月就拿到号了，真让我倍感时过境迁，物是人非那。。。

附上回邮的全文：

It takes between 2 to 3 years from the date of lodgement before an application for parent visa subclass can be allocated.

After an application for  parent visa subclass 103 has been assessed as meeting the initial criteria, the applicant will be queued. They will then wait a number of years (about thirteen to fifteen years according to current planning levels) before visa grant consideration.  However, this is a notional timeframe that can be affected by application refusals, withdrawals and changes to the planning levels.

您是付费移民吧。您确认是排队号么？lodgement number不是排队号呢

impossible to have queue date in 2 weeks. Normally after the initial lodgement, you will be asked to undertake medical check. That check will take more than 2 weeks!

Normal to wait a few years to have the queue date. I waiting over 1.5 years. My parents were granted PR last year.

那个是queue letter，上面写着你的queue date。
我怀疑是不是他们哪里弄错了。

my application(103) was lodged in 2003, the medical check was done in nov 2004, and put into queue in jan 2005. At that time, for fee paying subclass, there were almost no waiting period.

啊？我是10年5月交的103申请，10年底收到的QUEUE DATE，QUEUE DATE是10年9月。难道现在又 改了？

会不会是传说中的103类别里面也分小类别，比如父母年纪大的会快点？

很快拿到queue date的能不能分享一下，是否父母年纪都比较大？

我们也是2011年递交的，2周后有了QUEUE DATE，是通过EMAIL告诉我们的，过了一个月后没有收到通过邮局给我们寄来的信（因为足迹里都说要有通过邮寄的邮件），我们又给移民局发信，他们回复我们说出他们具体寄信的时间及中国的地址，认为是中国方面的问题，并在EMAIL里说用他们这封EMAIL为证据，再一次强调我们的QUEUE DATE 是 /12/2011，也就是从他们收到申请时间算只有11天，非常快。绝不可能等2-3年，一定是哪里弄错了。

同意，我也有这方面的猜测。我父母申请时都不到60.
希望借贴做个小调查

请问懂的大侠，

若递交了103签证未得到queue date，根据最新的父母长期探亲签证，父母还符合资格申请5年签证吗？因为是首次探亲，难道只能批3个月吗？

我申请时我父亲（主申请人）62，母亲（副申请人）58，我中国国籍，独生子女。

个人感觉和申请人的年龄没什么关系

我们最近才递交的，寄出几天就收到来信说确认LODGEMENT了，而且说排队是从这个日期开始算的，我的理解就是从确认收到你的申请开始排队的，拿到排队号的早晚不代表你批准的早晚。

I confirm lodgement of the Parent Visa application on 07 March 2014.  The receipting of the visa application charge validates the application and is evidence that the application is being processed.   A copy of the receipt is attached for your records. Due to the high volume of applications received, we are currently taking approximately 4 months to register an application and send the acknowledgement letter.  The formal acknowledgement of the application will be sent as soon as possible.  As applications are considered based on the lodgement date, the delay in registering the application will not affect the processing time for a decision on the application.

你这封是lodgement的信，不是排队的那封信，再等个一两年（LZ说可能要3年了）吧，就会收到queue date的信了。lodgement和queue在103里面完全是两个概念。
顶楼的移民局回复已经说得很清楚了呀，仔细看看吧：

一般递交以后一个月到四个月之内会收到确认lodgement的信，再之后三个月到两年的时间会收到明确给出Queue Date的日期。收到信的时间因人而异。

一般的情况应该是先做个初步体检，把不符合条件的一开始就筛掉，然后递交申请后的1年半到2年得到QUEUE DATE。我们是2006年9月递交申请，2007年10月收到体检通知，2008年1月收到QUEUE DATE

我朋友说她另外一个朋友给自己妈妈办103，13年8月前申请的，当年10月就下QUEUE DATE了，她妈妈已经来了，拿的是5年的探亲签证，如果她没QUEUE DATE又是怎么给她妈妈申请5年签证的呢？
我也是13年8月申请的，移民局明白的告诉我要等一年半才能拿到QUEUE DATE， 怎么人和人差别那么大？

我刚递的，扣款信上说一般要3~4个月可以拿到Queue Date

As we cannot re-issue the acknowledgement letter, you can use this email as evidence of your Parent Visa Application for subclass 103.  Your file reference number is OSF 2013/*******.

以上是我询问爸妈排队移民时收到的信。这里所谓的acknowledgement 信，是大家说的lodgement还是queue信？如果是Queue信，那这个OSF开头的号就是排队号吗？请有经验的大侠帮忙看看。
