我们原本打算投资一房，现在资金链紧张，打算在5月中旬成交前买了。买的时候是期房，马上就要交房了。
MASCOT， church ave.一房一大study（可当作2房），总面积117。

oriordan路上的房子稍微便宜些，因为临闹街。
我们房子也涨了，本来想等成交再卖，但是要交印花税。。。。所以到头来也没赚什么，还不如现在卖，省操心了。我们的买价：40万，现在原价卖出。
