About the Role:

We are looking for a strong performing, highly motivated and competent at self-learning technician who graduates from university or TAFE recently and seeks for a job.



Job Responsibilities:

·       Provide product tech support to customers and record each case in the system

·       Troubleshoot to ensure all cases are resolved or escalated timely

·       Deliver a professional level of service at all times

·       Prepare correspondence and/or reports as required

·       Follow up and make call backs in time to customers

·       Provide fundamental IT support such as office software, VPN, switch management, working laptop setup

·       Disassemble and reassemble the electronic hardware, manage repair cases with third-party repair centre



Role Requirements:

To be successful for this role you must be able to display the following:

·       Fluent in English, Additional fluency in Mandarin language would be an advantage

·       Ability to record each case clearly and accurately in software

·       Strong IT/Network skills, Solution/deadline driven and high attention to details

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Team player with a passion for learning new products on his/her own

·       Outstanding customer service skills, Practised hands-on ability and good experience

·       Responsible, diligent and flexible personality
