大家好， 父母现在是600 签证，现在人在澳洲，但是大部分都在国内，签证没有 8503 条款，申请103 是应该选offshore吧，谢谢了
因为我看表上这样写的：
However, offshore visa applicants may lodge an application while they
are in Australia unless they are legally prevented from doing so under
migration legislation. For example, persons will be prevented from
applying while they are in Australia if they have a ‘No Further Stay’
condition attached to the visa that they hold at time of application. |
