Warehouse & logistics coordinator
We are 100% Australian owned, dynamic leading company in lighting industry and we are now seeking a warehouse & logistics coordinator in a permanent full-time position, based on or Villawood head office in Sydney.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop efficient processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Lead warehouse staff, ensuring safety and organisation.
• Coordinate with logistic companies daily, organizing efficiency routine on delivery
• Responsible for pick-ups order, pick, pack and processing, ensuring presentation, accuracy and time management is top of mind.
• Managing returns processing, issue GRA, etc
• Cooperate with other department
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills and experience
· Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics, with a focus on process optimisation.
· Strong time management and multitask skill.
· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities
· Great customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Excellent hands-on skill, organized, customer focused, good attention to detail
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Computer literate in Microsoft Office (advanced excel is desirable)
· Proficient in Mandarin, fluent in English
· Current driver’s license
· Australian citizenship or PR is required
