去年买的southbank的期房，最近收到开发商的信， 说要改条款， 具体如下：
with respect to the above Contract of Sale of Real Estate ("Contract") for the above Propert, the Vendor and the Purchanse agree that clause 11.2 of the Contract shall be deleted and in its place shall be substituted:
11.2 If we do not register the Plan of Subdivision within 56 months after the day of sale we or you may at any time after the expiration of that period but before the Plan of Subdivision is registered cancel this contract.
好象以前合同上写的是48个月，现在要改成56个月了。想问下我要使签了这个，对我有什么影响么。 不太懂什么意思。 |
