最近在签与房屋中介的授权合同，发现如下几条，不太明白

5. The Vendor irrevocably authorises the Agent to deduct the professional fees properly incurred and state and federal taxes required to be deducted by law, including GST, from the deposit moneys held by the Agent.

6. If the Property is sold and no deposit moneys are held by the Agent, the Vendor will pay the professional fees properly incurred and state and federal taxes required to be deducted by law, including GST, on demand.

7. If deposit moneys are held in whole or part by the Vendor's conveyancer or legal practitioner, the ....

这个deposit到底是由谁hold的啊？contract没提到这个事啊？是不是由自己hold会好点，不交税一定会被发现吗？

自己hold当然好啊，但是法律好像不允许哦，可能如果你有一个trust account能争取下？

就是不懂第5条说一定得让agent hold, 第六条怎么又说agent不hold, 矛盾？我还以为第六条是说卖家自己hold呢。。所以一定要第三方hold, tax由他们来交？这下逃不掉了。。。

这三条说的是deposit给不同的人hold的情况下，中介都必须要拿到他们的费用

5.属于一般情况， 也就是中介自己拿着deposit， 那中介就可以直接从deposit里扣除他们的费用
6.我觉得属于 买家用deposit bond 的情况，这个时候中介就没办法扣他们的费用，那卖家就必须来付这些费用。
7.deposit是由律师来拿的情况， 理由同第6.
