Zuji定旅馆， “hotel cancellation penalty window” 不太清楚定义

在Zuji定了10月的旅馆，但是可能要提前修改日期。

如果酒店本身的policy是：取消时间入住前24小时以上不收费，入住前24小时内取消收一晚上房费的话

Zuji本身的条款是：
Amendments or cancellations made to bookings outside the hotel cancellation penalty window (i.e., hotel fee is not charged) will be charged a ZUJI administrative fee of AUD33 per order, which includes all applicable taxes (e.g. Goods and Services Tax/Value Added Tax), governmental fees and other charges.

For amendments or cancellations made to bookings within the hotel cancellation penalty period (i.e., hotel fee is charged per room), a ZUJI administrative fee will not be charged.


什么叫‘outside the hotel cancellation penalty window’? 我现在越看越糊涂了，是不是不论我提早多少，zuji都要收费？
