Not always 10% deposit, sometimes could be 5% or 7% which is by negatiation. when offer has been signed, one copy needs to be remained with vendor and one copy given to the purchaser. if the purchaser dosen't get copy of signed copy, it's not binding contract. Hope it answers your question. Ta |
