* Develop and maintain the structure of data including performance, subscription, ticketing and season codes for Box Office, promo codes for Marketing and fund and campaign codes for Development; * Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of data * Manage user profiles and security for the Tessitura database * Coordinate with the Interactive Marketing Manager on all data-related issues related to the website * Analyze the database health and maintain all necessary logs and backups and disaster recovery * Assist in the internal promotion and use of Tessitura, including the coordination of training, webinars and formalising documentation * Be primarily responsible (in collaboration with the Project Manager) for administering, maintaining and developing the Tessitura system; * Manage priorities and demands of constituents/users to provide excellent service * Provide day-to-day support and maintenance with particular focus on Box Office, marketing and development functions * Create and maintain documentation and Tessitura standard operating procedures for all users * Gain a thorough understanding of database API procedures for web * Troubleshoot technical issues
SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION * Work with the Tessitura Leaders Group to discuss and prioritize projects such as custom reports and upgrades * Coordinate with staff, Tessitura, and third-party vendors regarding periodic upgrades and enhancements, systems analysis and testing and troubleshooting * Serve as an organizational representative with Tessitura and Tessitura user groups. * Provide decision-making support to management and assist in formulating solutions to problems and objectives * Take responsibility for data integrity, including overseeing de-duplicate processes and data cleansing practices; * Conduct regular audits of database content; * Support the administration and coordination of marketing campaigns and special offers, including the coordination of the data extraction processes * Undertake analysis of data to provide customer insights and other information that assists in the various processes of the organisation;
REPORTING AND
ANALYSIS * Develop and provide analytical reports, lists and extraction sets as required by users, including custom reports, stored procedures and custom views using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting and Analysis Services and other Tessitura system tools * Verify and report on data integrity * Perform ad-hoc SQL queries * Assist in analysis of current and historical ticketing and fundraising transactions * Evaluate and respond to user needs, solicit enhancement requests for system functionality and reporting * Write SQL scripts to manipulate the database and produce customized reports * Stay abreast of industry standards and best practices.
OH&S * Work with management and other team members to ensure that all occupational health and safety (OH&S) risks are minimised through awareness and application of safe working practice.
OTHER * Demonstrate an interest and engagement with the MSO product; * Behave in a manner consistent with MSO values; and * Carry out any other associated duties as reasonably requested.
