请教新西兰manuka蜂蜜的用法

最近爸爸肠胃不太好，听说新西兰manuka蜂蜜对肠胃炎有特殊疗效，但是不知道该怎么食用才好？
请教用过的tx ,一天需要吃几次？饭前还是饭后？

有卖的，我是在回国礼品店买的，comvita的。鬼佬的药店也有卖，但是要贵一些。我第一次买是在鬼佬药店买的。1kg的$36，唐人店一样的只要$27
