不好意思，昨天头很晕，写的比较混乱，今天我再编辑了一下
- if you simply change your mind 可以退货吗？
今天说退货的事情，我刚来的时候有人说，这里的所有商家都是 if you simply change your mind，你就可以要求退货。这个。。。是站不住脚的。。。
fair trading的原文是
A business does not have to give a refund if you simply change your mind about something you bought, unless they have a store policy to offer a refund, replacement or credit note when this happens.
简单的说，是不可以的，除非店里事先同意了。现在david jones和myer基本都有了，像DFO比较少，有些店可以，有些店只能换，有些店连换都不让换的
不过值得称赞的是，我们常去的那几家店还是不错的，target，kmart，coles，woolworth很爽快。有次我在kmart买了个宝宝衣服，7pack的，拿回来一数，只有6个，汗...然后就拿回去complain了一下，refund了。
- 退货时是否一定要提供发票？
是，不过可以有其他代替凭证。A consumer who wants to make a claim against a supplier or manufacturer requires proof of purchase.
- 包装打开了，影响退货吗？
不是。A business cannot refuse to give a refund, or reduce the amount, because you did not return the items in the original packaging or wrapping.
- 什么样的东西不能要求保质

A warranty is different to the consumer guarantees.
You automatically get the consumer guarantees from the person or business when you buy, lease or hire their goods, or buy their services.
You get these guarantees regardless of any warranty offered by the supplier or manufacturer.

我个人觉得fair trading的网站是所有那些机构里面最好读的了，写的内容很贴合实际，用词浅显易懂。不像那个legal aid，我得一边查字典...看见一个单词falsificate，啥意思？一查，原来就是false的意思，sigh，欺负人
