这所房子非常不错，呵呵，本来按朋友看上拉，可后来还是放弃拉，因为中国人传统的缘故

由于没有中国人的加入，呵呵，鬼佬还是比较谨慎的

这里面有一个比较有意思的鬼佬

他加价一直都很快，可是到了45。5万以后，呵呵

死活不加拉，最后被另一个Local家庭买走啦

那个家庭还真是满大的，好像有6口人之多

46w很不错啊，我之前看arthur st.上那个也是2层4br的要50w+呢。。结果还没auction就被卖了

Bundoora,Grimshaw Street上那个房子有两个毛病
一，它地势低，低于门前的主路，房子前脸到后院呈一个下坡走势，下雨会倒灌，要考验房子的排水系统。
二，门前就是主路，车速快，流量大，很吵。

所以说一分钱一分货，在如今这个市场，没有无缘无故的便宜货
只有傻冒才花钱买他的装修呢，买装修就是买负债
这个46万真正花到实际价值上的比例太小，过几年装修陈旧了过时了，房子也贬值了
不知道这块地政府估价有没有15万？
