走在风儿睡着了的林子里碰到萧伯纳的影子。他说瓶子你漂到英伦来看过我，知道我长啥样。我不希望因为上海一日游就永远活在你们中国文化运动的的一面之词里，求求你让我在你某层楼里露个脸。
首先，他的父老乡亲BBC说: Bernard Shaw undoubtedly sits among the great playwrights of the English language. Over an extensive body of work there are few who can match his brilliant control of language, his great use of humour and his ability to weave political ideas into compelling stories.
然后翻出萧伯纳选集，照抄他的一些原话。亮了的是点评。
在我最喜欢的《百万富姐》里，萧伯纳写到，The law is equal before all of us; but we are not all equal before the law. Virtually there is one law for the rich and another for the poor, one law for the cunning and another for the simple, one law for the forceful and another for the feeble, one law for the ignorant and another for the learned, one law for the brave and another for the timid, and within family limits one law for the parent and no law at all for the child. 貌似这段话描述的情况至今存在于世界的每一个旮旯。甭管什么体制，人就是人。
关于民主，也很精彩。他在《Apple Cart》里说，I talk democracy to these men and women. I tell them that they have the vote, and that there is the kingdom and the power and the glory. I say to them ‘you are supreme: exercise your power.’ They say, ‘that’s right: tell us what to do.’ And I tell them. I say ‘Exercise your vote intelligently by voting for me.’ And they do. That’s democracy; and a splendid thing it is too for putting the right men in the right place.
有才的人不可能错过对宗教的探讨。萧伯纳在《Androcles and the Lion》里的金句是 ‘The fact that a believer is happier than a skeptic is no more the point than the fact a drunken man is happier than a sober one. The happiness of credulity is a cheap and dangerous quality.’ 个人认为，在信与不信之间挣扎徘徊以及反复无常，是常态；坚信的和坚决不信的，都是走极端。比如我自己，为了中和不信任何教义造成的极端，就应该时不时喝点小红酒high一下 ；而狂热的信徒们则应该住到寒冷的两极，并且一辈子呆在那里。
