以后还是注意R4 潜力的房子, 这个是王道.  要特别注意地大破房附近是否有UNIT

40 park rd hurstville, 450平地,应该也是R4。以前是个破砖房,2011年就卖了5.7M。 现在正在盖6、7层小高层。
