高人, 我新迁地址在Meadowbank的,想装TPG, 这个房子原来有一个电话号码,但不知道是否能做TPG,能帮忙吗?这个房子的号码我在TPG网站上面申请过,但不成功的理由有好几个:The number (02 98******) that you have supplied us with has been unsuccessful in qualifying by Telstra for the following reason:
Invalid or inactive service number could be due to any of the following reasons:
1. Non Telstra Network- ADSL2+ with Home Phone can not run over the Optus Network.
2. New Service Number- If you line is new on the Telstra Network then it can take a number of days for the database that TPG tests on to be updated. To speed up the updating of the database you may wish to contact Telstra on 13 20 00 for retail or on 13 22 00 for residential.
3. Service Number not on database- Sometimes the Telstra Database that we test on does not know you service number. This can be fixed by calling Telstra on 13 20 00 for retail or on 13 22 00 for residential.
4. Service Number is non PSTN- Service number can not be part of a rotary group or commander system have conference call facility, or PABX, or pre-paid Telstra service. You will need provide us with another number.
5. Another ISP ADSL Installed- If there is already ADSL with another ISP running on the service number then please contact us on 1300 360 855.
6. Inactive Service Number- The service line must be active with a phone provider. Call your current phone provider to ensure that your account is active.
