他看上去笑西西的, 也愿意交流一下, 但是感觉整个谈话就是觉得经理把我招进去挺奇怪的, 因为我的工作经验和行业背景让他挺"鄙视"的, 其他的人都还好.
感觉自己话多了,别人就会套话, 如果话少了, 又觉得不和群, 对怎么和这里的人打交道没有经验

其实我倒不是觉得别人"鄙视" 有什么不开心的, 事实上我对新业务的确是白纸一张, 也难怪人家那么想

dont be stressful, think in positive side, why they choose u if u got such drawback? because u r the best, they believe u.
anyway, i think IA  need good communication skill and good understanding of the culture. they  believe u got these.  and the offer is award for ur effort.

u bring me a hope~~i want to work back as internal auditor now, since my job (accounts assistant) is so detail and simple,and we even dont need to do the reconcilation of the finacail statement,faint~~(accounting firm do this),these days,when i am not busy, i study the manual of the software and look thorough the traction( auditor's habit,haha),and understand how it works and find some  accunting mistakes

Thanks a lot and I am happy to communicate with you. But I would like to say now my job is not IA at all. What I will do is to do reconciliations by Access. Our company has their IA team. I guess my value maybe is to deal with IA and EA in some extent because the manager is troubled by them. But AAPT is required by SOX compliance every period. For me, I would say IA is simpler for me than new job. But I think gaining more knowledge of Access is good.

我觉得你的经理请你不会想不到那个韩国的ABK是contract，可以转正。如果她真的这样想的话，可能就不会请你了。所以不用担心这点，反而相信你自己，相信你的经理才是。你去自然就有原因，至于是什么原因你可能工作一段时间就会明白了，外人不可能知道的。至于对那个ABK，你做好你的工作就好，不必理会或者是太刻意的要搞好关系。你的来到很可能就是对他是直接威胁，你说太多或者是对他好也改变不了这个事实，唯一能做的就是不要和他正面冲突，用工作来证明你的能力。。。

感觉mm比较患得患失，别担心这么多才是:si94

竞争到哪都是复杂的。越大的公司好像越严重。像AGL那样，有多少的contractor 和 temp，就有多少的竞争。
只要做好自己本职的工作，学到东西才是最重要的。大不了东家不打打西家。
