关于砍价啊。这个就是平时工作一样,不能只低头做事,更要抬头看路。
买高档车,我和几个朋友的一致认为,鬼佬比华人卖车的势利,比如你穿的非常普通,开着TOYOTA去看车,人家都不愿意搭理你,2周前就碰到这样恶心的事情,朋友要买ML300,city的奔驰上来就给介绍二手的。我们立刻打电话给doncaster的奔驰dealer,上来就问有没有说中文的,人家问你们不是说英文吗?我们就坚持找华人的销售经理,拿到$94000的价格。
买普通的中档车子,我觉得大家都比较realistic,我一般的做法是这样:
1. We have been to XXX dealers and done the test driving
2. Someone else has done the hard work so you just need to work out a best price for us
一般他们会说:what has XXX dealer offered you?
3. They gave us $XXX plus warrenty + 那些送的东西。
一般他们会说:that's a great price, why didn't you grab it?
4. We are not happy with their manner and they thought we were not having money. they even showed us a used car to start with while we already told them we buy new cars. They even said that we could not get better deal anywhere else. 有一些dealer是这样的,而挺rude的。
一般他们会笑笑,或者做出比较惊讶的表情,觉得他们没有留住我们是一大损失。
5. We know (这家dealer)is also very big and simply we don't want to give money to (另一家dealer)

6. 直接按照上一家的dealer给的价格,砍掉一块。或者如果已经有靠谱的消息的话,直接亮出底价。
一般他们会去经理室讨论一下。
出来match你的价格话,当然可以见好就收,shake hands成交啦。

如果出来的价格还是不到位。
7. no no no...we are not coming all the way for this price. you are simply not trying your best.
他们一般会拿出一些不疼不痒的小东西送送。
8. I don't use GPS, but I must have reverse camera/sport pack/luxury pack之类贵的东西。
再僵持不下的话。
9. I bought my 1st car, 2nd car, 3nd car within ONE day. If you are not giving us the price, we need to go now and keep on looking. Volvo has a promotion and gives away family package for free plus my husband's corporate program has n year free services and onroad assistance. Now, we are very clear that we want this car and now.
他们一般会说欧洲车亏钱,不划算。
10. come on! one more time, get your manager here. Let's get the deal bedded and you stil have time to sell more cars today.
一般来说,价格就这么成了。
