现在好多地方可以建水坝, 把水拦住, 等到要用时才流下来, 这个跟冰川储水是异曲同工的.

I mean global, not local. The aus gov admitted that the local MET data release was erred about 5 years ago. But the corrected set is yet to provide to the industries. I feel weird to use climate data of 10-20 years ago to model energy consumption of new commercial buildings to be built. What on earth takes the gov 52 months + unknown number of extra months to provide the climate data to the industry?

In terms of the source for the degree changes, I will need a pc to find it tonite. Now on iPad, a bit tough to perform full task with it.

You could use NASA data. The story is the same, the globe is warming.

I don't quite understand what you are getting at regarding building emissions. What does that have to do with the fact that global warming is happening? Do you work in the building industry?

海藻没有锚定在固定的地方和高度，

your article says 20 times, which is pretty close to 21 I quoted from sources in Australia.
I dealt with IPART for the issues of the decomposition of lignite and cellulose a few years ago. A few numbers have been stored in my head deep down very well, hehe.

Don't get me wrong. I never say there's no global warming. It's pure science, way over my head. As an engineer, I wouldn't want to cross the line and conclude whether it is true or not. But I just don't like the bit that the gov has taken 4-5 years or more to disclose the climate data. At least we can call it bureaucrats, can we?

But I also doubt if the greenslabor gov can reduce the carbon emission with the tax considering its current structure. Will come to that more tonite, gotta go back to my work now.

Yeah, sorry I miss quoted. Regardless, there is 200 times more CO2 in the atmosphere so for
potency x quantity just for simplicity sake
CO2 = 1*200 = 200
Methane = 20 *1 =20
CO2 is the major contributor. I agree Methane is a contributor but unfotunately Methane is produce via livestock so unless we all go vegan, its very hard to reduce.

That is true. The human species evolved in africa during period of severe weather. We came VERY close to extinction but survived because our ancesters were smarter. . . but our cousins did not.

We as human specie, will adapt and survive, I have no doubt.

Also the Jurrasic period, the CO2 level is 12 times of today. Bring back the T-REX!!!

一边是政治家及御用科学家；一边是独立科学研究人员。

如果我们都活得够长，老不死的话，是能看到到底真理在哪一边的

如果明年就2012大团圆的话，我们就只好下个纪元再做揭晓了。

说反了吧。 一边是被exxon mobil, chevron, BP, BHP, rio tinto, News Ltd, Gina Rhinehart  等等 funded的“科学”研究人员 和 媒体人士。  一边是ARC funded 和 CSIRO 科学研究人员.
如果你经过ARC funding 是怎么回事的话就不会说什么御用了。
