搜了本版的精华贴,没找到跟基金相关我所想了解的内容。目前是门外汉,但很想试试。翻出自己的super资料,根据它提供的资料,我从心理上是属于moderately conservative,一共分5档,我只比conservative好一点, 不能接受大于20%的损失。另外,他提供20年来investment return的数据,其中Australia listed property, best35%, worst -6%, 而australia share, best 52%, worst -18%. 对我来说,我就prefer Australia listed property. 基本表示了我心里对风险的看法,能不能真正承受还需时间来考验。
在选择基金方面,由于基本上没有概念,很多参数还要查解释和说明,所以希望各位前辈指点。我也知道问题问得太泛泛了没法回答。所以我举个例子,根据老妖推荐的网站,investsmart, 我找了一个免entry fee,也popular的fund. 于是网站提供了一些info如下:

然后,我有2个主要问题,首先这些信息够不够,还能从哪得到更多的信息?
第二,这些信息的权重,比如我们买房,会得到很多信息,地点,户形,面积等等,但在心中肯定有个先后顺序,地点无疑是最重要的,然后剩下的依次,所以,我想问老妖和你们的看法,在你们心中,这些数据头5位或头3位,和大致比例。也就是比如买房地点,在我心中大于50%,然后资产类型30%等等。 |
