VIC和NSW滴投资移民程序不同， NSW木有州政府担保， 而且很多类型滴生意都是不能移民滴。。。
这就是为毛VIC滴生意总体要比NSW生意价格虚高。。。

nsw怎么没有担保？有的，只不过nsw政府sb得很，一年变三次规定，还繁琐。一群废物在里面！

条文里是说“新的申请者不能买888做过的生意，而888是个新的签证还没开始呢，就是说目前市面上的所有生意包括163的生意都可以卖给888，只是以后新的888就不能买旧888的生意了”应该是这样理解吧，求高手解答。

(Residence) visa. The only exception is if you had a joint interest with the other
person in the main business for at least 12 months before you applied for the visa.

我不是高人，我发表一下自己的看法：

我觉得不矛盾，看最下面的蓝字部分：移民局推出新政的目的是，188签证持有者要在澳洲体现商业技能和创新能力，如果这个生意从一个商业移民手上转到另一个手上，这违背了这一宗旨。

Q&A是对文件的说明、补充、解释。

所以我的理解是：这两个地方都是要参考的，要全面看。

845根本不是什么留学生创业移民签证，是移民中介瞎忽悠的。

同一个生意不得两次用于申请商业移民
这个漏洞补的还是满好的,不然一个小奶吧出来三家商业移民,移民局亏大了

845能过滴比较难， 属于鸡肋， 砸了大钱都有可能拿不到PR, 纯属浪费人力物力，IMMI砍掉它就不奇怪了

可买， 问题是时间变长了， 要先入股12个月才有资格买和申请这一个VISA，这对买卖双方都是很麻烦滴， 审批严格了，IMMI查假也很容易， 其实旧政后期这一步棋就很难走了， REJECT滴CASE也有不少。。。旧政前期还是比较容易过滴。。
现市场上也有很多店是接棒店， 而且大部分是第一年。。
其实这一个新政就是杜绝造假， 打假滴。。。

所有办过商业移民的生意都不能用来办888了。没提890 892 是因为他们由888取代了。市面上的163手上专用来办移民的营业额低的小店，还有营业额大但不怎么赚钱的烟店估计难出手了。其他正常的生意估计影响不大。

楼上的猜的比较对。移民部的目标就是杜绝办理过商业移民永居签证的生意再次被使用来作为永居阶段的生意经营。从我们的渠道了解的情况，不管是不是“immediately before”还是其他什么文字游戏，在审理未来的888签证的时候，移民部内部的掌控要比文字上严得多（信不信由你）。我的理解是：移民部希望更多一些新建生意、创业生意、或者真实的“投资入股”并且“参与经营”。
