well, I know 1person, she has blind残疾证, if she is in china , she even can ride bike
she has try 3times apply for it.
but in here she is Blind..... the benefit is very good.... Free transport (free bus,train...) + Taxi voucher
残疾pension better and more than Dole . First in line for Government housing....
Most important her carer can have carer pension as well....all her family in government care, but they are much richer then us (working people), because they all working in cash money.....
The government has good policy, but some people used it badly.....
I know other person she(aussie) is mental ill... very bad. do not know how to get her benefit.... no one care,at end be a homeless. then her parents find out, take her home....
