这种事处理起来非常简单，本人的经历。
记住几个原则，澳洲宪法规定，不得拒绝澳洲公民回澳洲。澳洲承认双重国籍，你入籍后，即便是持他国护照旅行，只要你能证明你是澳洲公民，你就可以持他国护照进澳洲。
因为你不方便在中国机场宣称你是澳洲公民（为啥你自己想），你可以持有任何第三国签证出境中国，然后在第三国机场要求机场跟澳洲移民局联系，出示你的公民证，证明你是澳洲公民，移民局会把你的护照跟你的公民身份link，把你的护照号码放入系统，你就可以回澳洲了

Leaving and entering Australia
If you hold another country's passport, seek advice about how it should be used. Take your Australian passport and use it to depart from and return to Australia. An Australian citizen cannot be granted a visa for Australia.
When entering Australia, all Australians, including those who hold dual nationality, must be able to prove that they are an Australian citizen. An Australian passport is conclusive evidence of a person's identity and citizenship and provides the holder with right of entry to Australia.
An Australian citizen who arrives without an Australian passport may be delayed until their identity and claims to enter Australia have been checked. If a foreign passport holder claims to be an Australian citizen, immigration officers must confirm and verify this through official databases, which will cause delays.
International airlines have an obligation to ensure that they only carry appropriately documented passengers to Australia. In the absence of an Australian passport, airlines are unable to verify a claim of Australian citizenship at the time of check-in and may refuse boarding. The airline may have to make inquiries with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection in Australia seeking approval to carry the passenger, which takes time and may cause delays.

入籍考试考完一年之内只要没宣誓， 如果pr还没过期，可以拿中国护照出入境，不用通知移民厅。一旦宣誓了，变成澳洲公民，出入澳洲必须拿澳洲护照。澳洲公民不拿澳洲护照出入境就是违法，只是有人侥幸没被抓到。  

小弟还算略懂移民法和公民法，不认为违反了哪条澳洲法律 当然不违法不代表就合理，不违反澳洲法律不代表没有违反中国法律，特别是实践中有可能导致significant delay，所以还是得慎重考虑。

Citizenship Act 2007不涉及出入境，所以不会违反这部法律

Migration Act 1958第166条
[166]
(1) A person, whether a citizen or a non-citizen, who enters Australia must, without unreasonable delay:
     (a)present the following evidence (which might include a personal identifier referred to in subsection (5)) to a clearance authority:
         (i)if the person is a citizen (whether or not the person is also the national of a country other than Australia) — the person's Australian passport or prescribed other evidence of the person's identity and Australian citizenship;

......

(4)A person is taken to have complied with subparagraph (1)(a)(i) if a clearance officer knows or reasonably believes that the person is an Australian citizen.

但是Migration Regulations 1994没有对s166(1)(a)(i)中的other evidence of the person's identity and Australian citizenship进行prescribed。所以出入境时判定一个人是不是澳洲公民有两种办法：一是澳洲护照，二是由clearance officer来判断这个人是不是澳洲公民。如果要由clearance officer来决定，那么就有可能导致入境significant delay。

所以不用澳洲护照也没有违反Migration Act 1958和Migration Regulations 1994

本人对Passports Act 2005没有研究，但是估计里面不会有涉及出入境的条款。

澳大利亚宪法规定澳洲公民有right返回澳大利亚，这个right（权利）是不能被剥夺的，澳大利亚所有的法律法规都不能跟宪法相矛盾，所以，只要能够证明你是澳大利亚公民（不管是你自己证明还是移民局查证）你都可以回到澳大利亚不管你是否持有澳洲护照，当然这个查验过程可能会耽误你的时间

我记得胡XX的案件里，由于他出入都是用的中国护照，虽然他有澳籍，但最后犯事时用的是中国护照，而且中国国籍没取消，所以最后按照中国人处理的。不知道对否？

澳洲护照本里附带的小册子里明确说了，无论是否有多重国籍，只要是澳公民，进出澳洲必须要用澳洲护照。

我不知道有什么法律依据，不过护照签发部门不能是说着玩儿吧！

我的意思是，既然在这样的地方明确写了，我相信应该是有法例的，只不过我还找不到，你也不知道具体在哪里罢了。

下面是我在移民局网站上搜到的东西，要是这些条例是和法律冲突的，那我没话说了。

反正就这个条例来看，一般中国公民入籍澳洲之后，自动放弃中国国籍，出入澳洲唯一合法证件应该就只有澳洲护照了。多重国籍也是这样，别说中国不承认双国籍的情况了。

隔壁也有帖子说了，现在宣誓后当天查pr状态就已经是过期无效的了。

是的，中美中澳中加都有协议，如果中国公民取得了这些国家的国籍，但只要是持中国护照进入中国，领事协议失效，按中国公民处理。另外，你如果是XX功骨干，或者是上了天朝黑名单的人，不管你持哪国护照入中国，要收拾你总有很多办法，别以为你持澳洲护照进中国犯事了你就能无事。
