感觉并不是人为哄抬。。。道理很简单,既然60万,才上market,即低于这个价owner根本不出手,说明agent和owner均认为最低值这个价。而60万以上,仍然有两人抬拍。既至少有两卖家觉得价格合理。最终63万成交,也就比60万高个5%,很正常。。。63万毫无疑问即使在校区,对于那房子属于很贵的。不过,我觉得,它一定有它贵的道理。。。很少有买房子的傻子的。。。

半年多的时间过去了,让我们再回头看看,还会觉得当初这栋被一家华人以63万买走的房子买的太贵吗?
下面贴的这栋房子,和主贴这个房子相距不到百米,location相同,占地面积相当(都在720平方米左右),都是四房两厅双卫浴的老房子,前者双上锁内进车库,下面这栋还只有车棚,然而,半年后,下面这栋旧房子居然以 $701,500元成交!
