Anyways, whilst my mum was in Australia, I was living with my grandparents, (最后我有什么恶习都是他门的错according to my mum)。I finished year 2 in China and immigrated to US (NYC) with my grandparents to find my birth father. By then he has already had 2 other children. Unfortunately, the other 2 children’s 外公外婆 was also in our lives. So, not only I had to deal with a step-mum who had no mind of her own, but my grandparents had to deal with a meddling 外公. I studied half of year 3 in China before my mum got me to Australia, this is 2 yrs after her getting married.
British Merchant Navy, travel the world visiting all the ports. Trading routes in Africa, the Orient etc. After Navy, he was a carpenter, bottle shop attendant, etc. Nothing really focused. He didn’t know what he wanted to do. 他很爱看书,大概1973,看到一个article about computers, how this BIG machine can fill a room. He thought was interesting. One day he saw an advertisement for a computer position in the local city. He went for the job interview.
得回家了,to be continued… |
