cert II不是必须要上的吧？我先找找熟人介绍看看有没有雇主需要学徒

Cert II 不是必须的。能找到学徒位置的话，可以直接上cert III。
但是有cert II在简历上的话，找学徒时竞争力强一些，而且cert II里的一小部分课程能抵cert III的学分（我的抵了80小时）。我去年看到free TAFE列表里有cert II，就去报名了，学了一半然后真正下决心学电工。

能通过熟人介绍是最好的。这边的大部分学徒其实都是走的亲戚朋友这条路。
你有电子维修的工作背景，你的简历会很不错，也可能打开其它路子。比如，找个电器维修的公司做维修工作，然后跟老板商量边工作边学电工。有些人先做电工助理，然后转签学徒。其实就是任何电工相关的经验都能提高你简历的竞争力。

有过经验的，你现在如果想继续，也会比纯新手好找。有很多招聘广告只招第二年或往上的。
另外，师傅好坏只能靠运气。如果有些师傅钱给得少脾气还大，是比较难伺候，在澳洲肯定有，但比例应该不高。我现在的公司规模不大，有3个西人师傅加老板，我感觉都挺好的，不吼不叫也不会一直在你后面催你，吃饭休息聊天都挺融洽。说实话，找学徒前我也做好了被吼被骂“吃苦耐劳”四年的准备。

我那个时候和你现在在差不多大，现在老了，再爬高，做体力工作有点吃不消了。

感谢分享，写的很详细，还分享了资料和试卷，真心感谢。我在国内做UPS售后技术支持7年+IT 7年，数据中心电气系统经验丰富，从10KV进数据中心到配电ATS到UPS，电池组，监控系统，空调系统，LTS切换，220V进服务器这些。目前在做大规模储能系统调试维修，没有电工证，弱电OK，强电只能电工操作。

仔细看了下，楼主强调的107已经不在新的课程列表里了。楼主的三级电工课程是UEE30811，现在是UEE30820了，课程也不一样了。

请问您的意思是 每个TAFE有自己的规则？有些TAFE是不是手续不用那么繁琐比较容易毕业呢？
