这是在whirlpool上看到的别人出现的类似问题。他们都是有IPTV引起的,但我可以确定我没有启用IPTV
I had this issue some time ago in 2012. See email trail:
Hi Dan,
Thanks for the swift response (on a Sunday!). As you can see from my original email. I have already reset and started using a different subnet to stop this issue interfering with my internet. Changed my subnet to 192.168.100.0/24. However, this does not address the larger issue (the reason for me sending this email). If i set my subnet to 10.10.10.0/24 someone else on the exchange would be able to access my local network if they were also in the same subnet. I’d imagine this is specific to my exchange otherwise it would be giving customers issues everywhere as 192.168.1.0/24 is generally the default for most modems.
Am I seeing the expected behaviour? I have assumed no as I’ve not seen any other forum posts regarding this issue.
Just to confirm. My internet is now functioning fine and not interfering with anyone else's. However, there are still at lease two other customers out there having the same issue (as I was one of three modems using the 192.168.1.1/24 address).
Regards,
Louis

Subject: Re: TPG IPTV Bridge issue BULWER
Dear Louis,
First reset your modem to factory default completely. Once done, change the just the Lan IP of your modem into a totally different subnet i.e 10.10.10.1 and save the changes. With DHCP enabled, reconfigure your modem both PPPoE and Bridged connection (for IPTV) and try the service again. See if the same thing would happen.

Hi,
Could this please be looked at. I don’t know if this is an intended result.
Just to explain what seems to be happening. I have a TD-W8960N (latest firmware) modem and the second I setup the Bridge required for IPTV I all of a sudden I can connect to another customers NB6304N this is probably because when my computer sends out the arp request for the router address which was 192.168.1.1 it got forwarded through the bridge (not really unexpected behaviour). However, what is unexpected is that another customers router responded with their mac address so when I try to access the internet or router it via going via their ADSL and to their router.
I have overcome this by using a different router address that is not in the 192.168.1.0/24 range. However, if I manually set my IP to something in the 192.168.1.0/24 range. I can see these routers again (192.168.100.100 is my router). If you see below there are two customers using 192.168.1.1 .

I assume these customers have modems that behave similarly to mine as they are all on the same chipset. However, from what I can understand this is intended behaviour of the modems as this is a bridge and it should be the DSLAM that blocks this inter-customer traffic on the IPTV bridge.
This will be causing these two customers extreme frustration as it will appear as a dropout every time the address changes in their arp cache let alone the slow speed.
I’m sure if I set my computer to use 192.168.0.0/16 and fired off a heap of arp requests more would turn up. This is pretty big issue I feel as I assume folks could be using my internet connection if they were cunning.
Please let me know when this is being addressed. Perhaps other exchanges should be audited to see if this issue is being allowed.
