2018年9月21日网上申请父亲的配偶移民签证，等待分配签证官
你好，我最近也要求上次各种资料。请问下面的资料，你都是提供的公证处翻译公证件吗？
还是就是原件扫描？
我看信上面的内容又说：You must provide a scan of the original and the translation.
但是每个文件都去公证处翻译公证，量太大了吧。

The applicant’s passport copy
✃ The sponsor’s passport copy
✃ Evidence of Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residence of the sponsor.
✃ Your full notarial certificate of birth.
✃ A certified/notarised copy of you and your sponsor’s Marriage Certificate.
✃ Statement from you and your sponsor outlining the history and development of their relationship
✃ Evidence that you and your sponsor have lived together and have maintained a shared household. Please provide evidence of this, such as joint tenancy agreement(s), joint utility bills, and rental receipts.
* Evidence that you have maintained contact during periods of separation. For example, and this list is not exhaustive, letters (with envelopes and contents), telephone bills, IP card listings, copies of emails (with date of transmission), on line chatting and SMS records.
✃ Evidence that your relationship is socially recognised by your friends and relatives, for example, photographs of you and your spouse with third parties taken throughout your relationship and statements or Statutory Declarations (Form 888) from friends and relatives outlining their knowledge of your relationship. Each statement should be accompanied by a photocopy of the writer’s ID card and contact telephone number.
✃ Evidence of any joint financial arrangements entered into by yourself and your partner, or any financial support you or your partner have provided to each other during the course of your relationship/marriage.
✃ Evidence of joint travel(s) of you and the sponsor.
* Provide your notarised Penal Certificate from China. |
