其实说堵心吧，也算不上，买东西的时候， 觉得价格还是fair的，不算离谱，就是自己手欠，回来以后想着反应一下问题，让他们service team 以后改进一下，结果人家没觉得这是个问题，回信有N多个意思，这个就堵心了，合着我是自己出了钱，还找了不痛快，然后网上查了查，比我更堵心的都有，直接告诉她there is no refund for "change of mind"，得了这回想拿回去refund恶心他们的机会也没有了。

事情很简单，小朋友的保温饭盒不见了，记得victoria basement一直在打折，于是想也没有想就去了，到了那里发现是最后一个，标签原价25，现价18.95，觉得差不多，也不高兴到处找，火速拿去付账，到了cashier，她说19.95，我以为听错了，告诉她罐子上贴着原价25，现价18.95，她看了看，说system里写的就是19.95，然后找人去核实，我说这是最后一个，她没理我，我想这事儿搁在coles wwls,人家直接就按标价卖了，（我经历过几回，可能都是标签错了，或者promotion过期了，他们没有来得及撤回，人家很爽气地退款给我，并且道歉）况且就差1块钱，也不可能我诚心去换个标签。

然后核实价格的人回来说，这是最后一个，价格没有可比性了，一定要按system的价格给我，我想了想算了，也懒得再跑一趟，于是掏钱买了，最后cashier说这种事情，他们遇到多了，上次有人拿了10块的标签，贴在300的东西上要买，那我火气就上来了，说我没有必要也没有精力去花时间找标签，就为了1块钱的便宜。

回家越想越生气，然后写了封建议信，建议他们如果不能按照标签的价格卖，就在横隔上标上价格，以方便我们查询对比。

回信如下：

Hi ,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

I have discussed this with our Store Manager and the staff member involved. The single item was incorrectly marked at $18.95 whilst the items in the same range were correctly marked at $19.95, so in order to be fair to all of our customers we reserve the right to remove this incorrectly priced item from sale or sell it at the correct price of $19.95. As our customer, you have the option of choosing to continue or not with your purchase.

We do not carry signage on our shelves as it is not feasible in the way we range and move our stock. If you are unsure of pricing our staff are always happy to help clarify any questions you may have. However, I will pass on your feedback to management as we always aim to improve our customer experience and I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

1.这个标价错了，虽然标错了，但是你还要按原价买
2.我们的商品滚动性很强，很多商品都随机出现
3.我们没有必要给你知道价格，反正结账时候会告诉你的
4.我们标价随机性很强，想标多少就多少，反正结账时候你才会知道
5.如果你不确定价格，请找我们工作人员核实，反正也不一定找得到，找到了也不一定告诉你，告诉你的也不一定是真的，是真的也不一定卖给你
6.最后价格已经告诉你了，你爱买不买
7.你买了就不要后悔，不要瞎闹腾了，反正你也退不了了

这就是结案陈词，我只能总结一句，我TM太 手贱了

最后说一句，toysrus这款打折，比他家便宜，这个是我回来online才找到的。

这种事情没有碰到过，是个好主意，找谁投诉呢？

那个罐子我拿的时候，标签边有点翻卷，我觉得是放得时间长了，自然卷的，没想到，那个收银的，还特意剥开来，也不知道为啥

碰到他们为了一块钱不认错也不认帐，都醉了

我以前大学7-11打工时记得，manger说by law display price多少就是多少，就算系统价比display 价格高。只要顾客指出，就一定要price override。我在Myer David Jones买东西，发现他们自己的online price比实体店price便宜，只要和他们指出，他们也都price match。

我记得我以前去wws coles买东西他们哪怕标错了，也卖给我，并且抱歉他们标错了

其实澳洲很多law很reasonable,比如饭店必须带厕所，必须免费提供冰水，但是很多我们不知道，或者不知道去哪里了解

只是现在刁民多了，生意不好了，他们宁愿失去客户，也不愿意赔钱卖给你

If multiple different prices are displayed on a product or in advertising, the business has to fix the display or sell you the item for the lowest price.

没这么多意思，纯粹搞笑

但我建议他们像超市那样，把价格标在商品上面，哪怕附近，我自己也会对比，就不会有误会了，他们居然回答说：

1.他们不能这么做，因为他们经常会挪动物品，我觉得这个就是耍赖了，标注价格本来就是他们的责任，顾客也有权知道他们为商品 付出的价格，更何况他们不可能每天都move商品

2.如果我觉得价格不sure，我可以去找他们店员复核，这个也不应该，如果标签不合理，比如多了小数点，那个我肯定知道，一般如果他们有promotion,或者就查一块钱，我根本不会知道为什么，也不可能每件产品都去找人问价格

他们只不过为了这件突发事件推脱责任，根本没有解决问题的态度和方法
