这里介绍的都是一些流行的硬摇滚、重金属乐队和他们最流行的作品，实际上也就是流行歌曲，推荐给一些对重金属音乐有点抗拒的乐迷。每个乐队我只推荐两三首男女老少咸宜的流行作品。特别是其中几首情歌，我老婆也喜欢听了。强烈推荐！ 首先上场的是

KISS 是美国最著名最有影响力的乐队之一，是美国摇滚发展历程中不可忽视的一支重要乐队。KISS是1972年底在美国纽约组建摇滚乐队，怪异的脸谱，华丽的装束，现场上的火焰呕血，冒烟的吉他以及惊人的乐队周边销售网络是这支乐队的标志。KISS至今有24张唱片达到金唱片级别，全球一共有超过8000万张专辑销量。KISS原始的四位成员Gene Simmons(The Demon)，Paul Stanley(Starchild)，Ace Frehley(Spaceman)，Peter Criss(The Catman)是公认最经典的阵容。1983年，KISS放弃此前的装束，转为真面目面对公众，直到1996年，KISS原始四位成员重新组合，又换回原来经典的标志，此后乐队阵容略有变化，无论怎么样，Gene Simmons和Paul Stanley一直是乐队不变的成员。

Guns N' Roses



枪与玫瑰乐队(Guns N' Roses，简称GNR，国内简称“枪花”)可能是世界上最著名，拥有最多歌迷的硬摇滚乐队了，他们曾经创下了音乐历史上处子作专辑的最高销售纪录，拥有史上最伟大的摇滚乐专辑之一的《毁灭的欲望》(Appetite for Destruction)，拥有两张专辑同时成为Billboard 200排行榜冠亚军的神话，他们曾经是整个世界流行音乐界最耀眼的商业明星。当1988年枪与玫瑰乐队的单曲《Sweet Child O' Mine》第一次闯入了主流流行音乐市场的时候，他们就像主流摇滚乐中的叛逆战士一样，吹响了横行无阻的流行金属时代的熄灯号。在那个迪斯科舞曲和流行摇滚乐的最鼎盛时代，枪与玫瑰不同于80年代中后期盛行的以Def Leppard和Motley Crue乐队为代表的长发流行金属，也不同于史密斯飞船乐队(Aerosmith)这样明显留有七十年代布鲁斯摇滚乐痕迹的乐队，更不同于金属乐队 (Metallica)这样的速度金属和鞭笞重金属乐队。

枪炮与玫瑰乐队的音乐最初是基于布鲁斯摇滚乐，与流行金属相比更为强硬，歌词更为嚣张，同时具有朋克的自由主义色彩，乐队的成员具有十足的地下摇滚乐特征，肮脏、暴力、颓废，而他们的音乐则具有喧嚣但是出色的旋律，同时拥有旋律非常出色的乐器演奏，特别是主音吉他手Slash和节奏吉他手兼乐队的核心创作者Izzy Stradlin的吉他演奏，无论是riff段还是Slash的solo都成为歌迷们追捧的对象，而主唱Axl Rose华丽的外形，以及高亢至极的嗓音更是为乐队征服了无数女歌迷的心，再加上长相帅气十足但个性特例独行的贝司手、天生的朋克小子Duff McKagan以及放纵不羁的鼓手Steven Adler，正是这些综合的元素才让这支原本不为人知的乐队迅速的走红全世界，随着之后乐队成功的商业化包装，更是成为了世界硬摇滚乐界在80年代末到 90年代初的最具标志性的乐队。

但是枪花自从鼎盛期的创纪录的长达两年的世界规模巡回演出之后，特别是Izzy Stradlin离队之后，使乐队明显的开始走下坡路，并且在不久出现了分裂，在乐队成员因为音乐发展道路上的分歧而彻底破裂之后，乐队也进入了近十年的低潮期，但是他们依旧始终是世界顶尖的摇滚乐队，依旧拥有全世界各地无数的忠心并对他们充满期待的歌迷，任何有关枪与玫瑰的新音乐作品都会成为唱片市场上最抢手的东西。

November Rain 这该是一般歌迷最熟悉的一首歌曲了，也确实非常经典，特别喜欢Slash的那段Solo。

Aerosmith(空中铁匠乐队)堪称摇滚界的一棵长青树，常被与重金属乐队Kiss相提并论，乐队坚持几十年不变的硬摇滚风格，其开朗硬实的乐风与尽情挥洒的蓝调音符，创作出多首摇滚经典作品，是老摇滚乐迷的心中至爱。

　　1972年，乐队与Columbia(哥伦比亚)唱片公司签约，相继出版了两张专辑，其间乐队进行了持续不断的巡回演出。 1975年，乐队出版专辑实现重大突破，销量超过400万张，连续两年被评为最佳专辑，该专辑基本奠定了乐队以后的风格。1976年，乐队获得第18届 Grammy(格莱美)最佳摇滚乐队奖。1978年，乐队以其突出的成就被称为美国首席地区乐队一。1979年，乐队出现了一次人员变动。吉他手Joe Perry离队组建Joe Perry Project(乔佩里计划)乐队，前Flane(火焰)乐队吉他手Jim Crespo代替他的位置。1981年吉他手Brad Whitford 离队组建新乐队，其位置由Rick Dufay接任。　　70年代末，随着主唱Steven Tyler在毒品方面难以自拔，与乐队其他成员间关系日益恶化。
10年后，Steven Tyler奇迹般地戒毒成功，迎来了Aerosimith第二个高峰。
1986年，乐队将重金属音乐与说唱乐相结合，将1977年他们的一首畅销歌曲(这边走)改编为说唱乐。1987年后乐队出版的几张专辑均大获成功。 1990年，乐队与Columbia唱片公司签约，因其仍欠前东家Geffen公司两张专辑，他们只有在1995年以后才能为Columbia公司出新专辑。1991年，乐队获得第33届Grammy最佳摇滚乐队奖。

Bon Jovi算是我最早知道的摇滚乐队之一，好像是先去延安中路上的中图买了slippery when wet的唱片，高一的时候y又为了那盘New Jersey又去中图门口买TDK的拷贝盘，结果那人居然是从唱片上录下来没有降噪，噼里啪啦声音很响，本来还以为这就是所谓的重金属乐队，后来才知道不过是个走摇滚路线的流行乐队。不过那Bon Jovi当年在上海确实很流行。

德国历来盛产暴躁的工业噪音乐队，但颇为怪异的是，却是SCORPIONS[蝎子]这支注重旋律动听的重金属乐队屹立于世界摇滚乐坛之巅。成立于上世纪六十年代末的SCORPIONS，一直以令人叫绝的双吉他演奏和主唱嘹亮干净的高音而闻名乐坛，并且三十年不变的坚守并不断发展流行重金属的音乐风格，即使是在重金属处于最低谷的时候，正是因为他们这种从不屈从唱片市场的压力、不随波逐流去谄媚听者、静下心来铸造自己钟情的音乐风格的硬骨气，蝎子在创作了无数经典音乐的同时，也给乐队本身打上了“不朽经典”的金色烙印。

　　蝎子乐队最早成立于1969年，由 Rudolf Schenker（rhythm guitar/vocals）是乐队的组织者与灵魂，而他也正是蝎子乐队唯一一位自始至终的成员。经历了30多年的风风雨雨，乐队的人员经历了多次变动，最多时6人，而目前，乐队只剩下Klaus Meine〔leader vocals〕, Rudolf Schenker, Matthias Jabs〔leader guitar〕三名成员。三员摇滚老将各个身怀绝技，Klaus Meine那嘹亮干净的高亢嗓音以及炉火纯青的唱功，即使在欧美顶尖摇滚乐队里也是数一数二的，而且还写得一手极棒的歌词，内涵颇深。Rudolf Schenker作为乐队的领导者，乐队每首作品的作曲基本上都是由他包办的，而蝎子作品旋律的优美、流畅、大气也正是乐队风靡世界的金字招牌。而 Matthias Jabs凌厉无比的吉他扫弦，更是技艺非凡，主音吉他的大段吉他SOLO技巧性高，又极为耐听，也是蝎子乐队的音乐特色。1989年，他们在俄罗斯举办了数场演唱会，从而成为第一支到前苏联开演唱会的西方资本主义国家摇滚乐队，这次俄罗斯之行使他们对前苏联这个在西方世界都感到难以想象的国家有了一个新的认识，在莫斯科街头感受阵阵微风，更促使 Klaus Meine 写下了他最著名的歌曲 《Wind Of Change》。成为了乐队最受认可的世界性曲目。始终绕梁的是音乐中悠扬的令人叫绝的口哨SOLO，它使这首歌骤然有了灵魂。

Def Leppard是一支典型的流行重金属乐队，流畅的旋律和优美的和声是乐队的特征之一。相比较其他乐队比较安份守己，没有什么事非，亦因此与Bon Jovi乐队一起被称为Family Rock。
　　1977年11月，贝司手Rick Savage与吉他手Pete Wills和鼓手Tonny Kenning在英国工业重镇谢菲尔德组成Atomic Mass（核能圣餐）乐队，乐队起初在一家当地的小汤匙厂的厂房里进行排练。年未时主唱Joe Elliott加入，乐队改名为“Def Leppard”。1978年1月29日二吉他手Steve Clark加入。从此双吉他成了Def Leppard乐队的特征之一。
　　1978年7月18日乐队第一次登台演出是在谢菲尔德的中学韦斯特菲尔德，他们的报酬是一位老师自掏腰包的5英镑。
　　1979年1月，Def Leppard在自己创建的公司推出首张同名专辑《Def Leppard》，由于资金原因，这张EP唱片只制作了1000份拷贝，时至今日，这张唱片已成为摇滚迷们渴望已久的藏品。在录制这张唱片期间，鼓手 Tonny Kenning由于缺乏热情而被开除，年仅15岁的Rick Allen加入。专辑推出后大受欢迎，与Iron Maiden乐队被英国音乐杂志《乐音》誉为“英国重金属新浪潮”的先锋。 同年8月5日，乐队与Vertigo公司签约。
　　1980年3月，推出首张专辑《On Through the Night》。随后乐队与AC/DC一起进行巡回演出，并在美国为“圣徒犹大”等作暖场演出大受欢迎。
　　1981年7月，出版第二张专辑《High'n'Dry》。
　　1982年初，乐队准备录制专辑《Pyromania》，韦尔斯因过度酗酒最终达不到要求的演奏水准而被开除，前“哑巴金发女郎”乐队成员Phil Collen代替了他的位置。
　　1983年2月，乐队发行此专辑，在英国反应平平，但在美国却受到空前欢迎，并预约了一系列演出合同，真正刮起了一股“Def Leppard”旋风。专辑在排行榜上保留了92周，并登上了冠军宝座，成为当时唯一能与Michael Jackson争雄的劲旅。
　　1984年，鼓手Rick Allen在谢菲尔德郊外发生了交通事故，左臂被齐肩切断，但Allen以惊人的毅力和顽强的意志重返乐队，利用脚和手的合拍性苦练特地为他定做的电子鼓。
　　1987年8月，发行专辑《Hysteria》，此专辑与《Pyromania》销量均超过 1000万，使Def Leppard取得了世界性的成功，专辑出色的和声和旋律成为Def Leppard乐队的经典代表作，成为摇滚迷们必备的收藏佳品。 如果仅以唱片的销量计算，Def Leppard十年中的专辑唱片共出售2800万张。这一骄人的记录不仅把那些著名的摇滚乐队如Guns N' Roses、U2、REM甩在后头，更使他们和Iron Maiden一起座上了"英国新浪潮重金属"流派领导者的王座。
　　1991年1月8日，吉他手Steve Clark因酒精中毒死于家中。
　　1992年3月，发行专辑《Adenalize》，4月，前“White Snake(白蛇)”吉他手Vivian Campbell加入乐队，经过一系列巡演，很快与乐队融为一体。
　　1993年8月，发行专辑《Retro Active》，收录了Def Leppard很多B-Sides 的优秀歌曲。专辑的封面设计精巧而独具匠心。为电影<<Last Action Hero>>所作的主题曲“Two Steps Behind You”以及“Miss You In A Heartbreak”最能令人体味到 Def 优美和声的细微之处。
　　1995年10月，发行精选辑《Vaule - Greatest Hits 80-95》。
　　1996年5月，发行专辑《Slang》，这是一张融合了目前摇滚乐和经典的Def Leppard 之声的专辑，乐队在专辑中里面加入了宗教和另类音乐成份，Techno 的成份在Def Leppard 以前的专辑中从来没那么浓过。当第一首充斥着工业金属风格的单曲 “The Truth” 咆哮而至时，每一个人都大吃一惊，但后面的歌曲还是回到了乐队原来的老路上。专辑的总体色彩显得比较沧桑，乐队成员似乎一下子都变老了，这种既求变又保守的风格在很大程度上的限制了乐队的发展，专辑销量已大不如从前。
　　1999年3月16日，Def Leppard凭借《Hysteria》1200万的销售量获得美国唱片钻石奖。同年4月，发行专辑《Euphoria》，新专辑充满了典型的 Def Leppard 之声，优美的旋律，豪华的合声，舒畅而带点忧伤的吉他演奏，只是时代不同了，于是再稍稍加入些舞曲节奏，稍稍加入些Rap，但总体还是不变的，这很容易让人回忆起1987年那张经典的《Hysteria》专辑（这从新专辑的封面上就可看出两者相似之处），他们又从头开始，继续他们早期那种带点 Glam Rock 的欢快的 Pop Metal 风格，他们只想给他们的乐迷带来更多的愉快。另外，制作人 Pete Woodroffe 和吉他手 Gary Glitter 的助阵也为专辑增色不少。专辑中优秀曲目有：“Demoltion Man”, “Promises”, “Back in Your Face” 和 “21st Century Sha-La-La Girl”。
　　2002年7月，发行专辑《X》。这张专辑名字为罗马数字十，不仅代表了这是乐队的第十张专辑，也是为了纪念乐队成员合作至今十年的纪念大碟。经历许多变故之后，从1992年起，由主唱Joe Elliott，贝斯手Rick "Sav" Savage，鼓手Rick Allen，吉他手Phil Collen和Vivian Campbell所组成的阵容便一直维持至今。此辑共收录十三首新曲，其中的“Now”、“Unbelievable”、“Everyday”以空心吉他展开后再加入电吉他，让人联想起该团的畅销曲“Two Steps Behind”式的中板摇滚曲；抒情摇滚曲“Long Long Way To Go”、“Let Me Be The One”耐听动人；而熟悉的电吉他与摇滚风格出现在“You’re So Beautiful”、“Cry”、“Four Letter Word”等曲，后者极富AC/DC乐团的况味；最具流行节拍感的非“Gravity”一曲莫属，是蜕变后的新Def Leppard 之声。

Metallica的传奇故事开始于Lars Ulrich。Lars出生在丹麦哥本哈根的体育世家，出于对摇滚乐的浓厚兴趣，Lars开始练习打鼓。之后Lars Ulrich来到美国，在《The Recycler》杂志上刊登了一条广告，寻找志同道合的人准备组建一支乐队。Lars的号召不久就得到了响应，于是在1981年的洛杉矶，最早的 Metallica班底形成。James Hetfield担任主唱和节奏吉他，Dave Mustaine担任主音吉他，Ron McGovney负责贝斯，而Lars Ulrich出任鼓手。这个阵容的Metallica出版了他们第一张demo唱片《No Life Til\' Leather》。1982年年底，Clifford Lee Burton代替Ron McGovney加入Metallica。不久一直与乐队关系不佳的Dave Mustaine离开Metallica，另组了日后同样大获成功的Megadeth乐队。Metallica主音吉他的位置由Kirk Hammett担任。(这位美国着名吉他演奏大师Joe Satriani的得意门生，如今已成为诸多吉他手模仿的对象)乐队阵容从此相对稳定。

　　1983年，乐队推出首张专辑《Kill \'Em All》，在一轮巡演之后，Metallica于1984年发行第二张专辑《Ride the Lightning》，乐队风格更加多样化。在本专辑中诞生了《Fade to black》和《the call of ktulu》两首着名的单曲。1986年，乐队推出了加入Elektra Records公司后的第一张专辑《Master of Puppets》，本张专辑也被认为是最能体现Metallica精髓的专辑。而后在乐队巡演的途中，贝斯手Clifford Lee Burton不幸在一次车祸中英年早逝，年仅24岁。回到美国后，乐队吸收了Flotsam and Jetsam乐队的Jason Newsted最为乐队的新贝斯手。1988年，Metallica推出了又一张大受欢迎的专辑：《...And Justice for All》，并一举进入排行榜前十。

　　进入90年代，Metallica逐渐融入主流音乐市场。1991年，Metallica发行了那张着名的纯黑色封面的同名专辑《Metallica》，本张专辑也是乐队在商业上最为成功的专辑，乐队凭借本专辑获得当年格莱美奖最佳金属表演奖。此后，在1996和1997这两年，Metallica又分别推出《Load》和《Reload》。和早期作品相比，但这两张专辑均给人们带来了不小的失望。1998年，乐队发表一个双张B面作品的合辑《Garage Inc》。1999年，Metallica和旧金山交响乐团合作举办现场音乐会，发行《S&M》。

S&M就是Symphony X&Metallica，是Metallica在1999年底推出的一套双张现场专辑。与以往不同的是，这张专辑是Metallica和旧金山交响乐团合作演出时的录音。这也成了这张专辑宣传的重点。唱片公司称这张专辑“融合了全美最强有力的交响乐团和全球最强有力的乐队”。实际上，在演出前也只是对Metallica的一些作品作了交响乐的编曲，并且很多编曲让人失望，一些经典作品，如：Master Of Puppets，Enter Sandman等都不如原作。不过作为一张现场专辑，S&M从演出到制作的水平还是相当高的，值得一听。


Nothing Else Matters

这首经典之作, 是乐队出专辑以来的第一首爱情歌曲, 也是在编曲上唯一倾向于不插电的一首作品(曾在1999年与 旧金山交响乐团合作的 S&M Live 中被作为唯一的一首Unplugged [不插电]演绎出来)。以往Metallica的歌曲更多的带有严肃的政治色彩。对此，Lars(鼓手/乐队最初组建者)说 : " 这首歌实在是太美了，以至于我们无法不把它放在专辑里。"

这首歌从问世至今, 得到了众多乐队/艺人的追捧翻唱, 其翻版后的风格涉及纯器乐版(大提琴/小提琴/竖琴)、电子版、FUNK版、重金属版、流行乐版、爵士版、美声版、不插电版等等, 使得这首名曲以不同的曲风、不同的唱法、不同的编排再现出来, 让人大饱耳服。
