tesla 居然没有雷达?
The car uses a combination of three different types of sensors.
There's a forward looking camera mounted in front of the rear view mirror. The autopilot uses information from this camera for lane keeping and detecting the speed limit. The information from the camera is supplemented by information from the GPS.
The radar is a small rectangle that sits below the nosecone. It is the most obvious outward sign of whether or not you're looking at a car equipped with autopilot hardware:

The radar is used by the active cruise control to detect cars in front at longish distances. The previously mentioned camera and GPS keep the autopilot from slamming on the accelerator if a slow moving car in front disappears around a bend.
Finally there are 12 ultrasonic sensors providing the system with 360 degree vision. Their range is about 16 feet / 5 meters. They are used by the auto parking system to map out parking spots, and by the autopilot to avoid changing lanes into traffic.
As you can see, this is pretty far from the sensors package you would need for fully autonomous driving, and nothing revolutionary. I don't think you can expect the current crop of Teslas to ever become fully autonomous. They'll need a different sensors package for that.
