Administrator - Customer Information Hub (DCC)



An opportunity exists for an Administrator to join the Customer Information Hub (previously known as the DCC) reporting to the Customer Information Hub Team Leader.



This role involves processing documents and requirements relating to Retail, GIS, Policy Services and Claims.
The duties of the role include;



Barcoding
Scanning
Quality checking
Validating
Indexing
Data entry
Archiving


The successful applicant will ideally have;



3 years document control experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of principles of life insurance
Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft; Word, Excel and Outlook

-        data entering onto Compass
-        archiving

Process requirements relating to GIS Applications by;
-        barcoding

-        quality checking
-        validating
-        indexing
-        marking as received on Compass
-        archiving

Process the following tasks for Policy Services;
-        Alterations
-        Credit Cards

Process the following tasks for Claims
-        New Claims
-        Claims Maintenance

Process backscanning for the following areas;
-        New Business
-        GIS
-        Claims
-        Policy Services

To act as relief reception when rostered.

Team Leader - Customer Information Hub (DCC)



Applications are invited for the position of Team Leader in the Customer Information Hub (previously known as the DCC) reporting to the Customer Information Hub Manager.

Purpose of the role
(brief description of how this role adds value to the organisation)
        To lead a team of DCC Administrators (preferably, a maximum of 8) in our Melbourne including the ongoing development of staff, review of business processes and rules for improved efficiency and client centricity, planning (daily through monthly), organising and controlling, and, to provide a superior level of service to our policyholders, advisers and other stakeholders by consistently meeting or exceeding agreed turn around times and quality standards.
        The ability to manage a reasonable DCC case load (to be negotiated and agreed with direct reporting manager) will also be a requirement.
        To ensure ongoing consultation with operational team leaders from Retail and Group to discuss TAT, work load, feedback on operational issues and solutions on improvement.
        To set training agendas for reporting staff and continue to identify and discuss training needs with staff and Technical Officer.
        Daily allocation of case load based on resourcing and task type received on the day.

We currently have 3 Training & Best Practice Consultant vacancies in XXX Financial Solutions.

The primary focus of the role is to provide training and best practice services to Advisers to ensure professional advice is provided to clients.

The successful applicants must be flexible and willing to travel interstate as required, able to build strong relationships and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also required. Key Accountabilities

Develop the skills and knowledge of business owners and advisers to assist them to conduct their business in a compliant manner.

Work closely with other head office departments to identify improvements in procedures and training.
