坐标墨尔本。
话说从2012年开始，我每年都要去日本领事馆报道一两次办签证，还好巧不巧地每次都是同一个小哥接待我。前两年开始他已经开始认识我了，有时候还评论一下：哎呀这次只去日本3天啊。又来啦这次又是去什么地方啊。。。。
两年前就问了小哥，小哥说中国护照在澳大利亚不能申请多次，只能回中国申请。只能作罢。
2017.5.8 号，终于在日本驻墨尔本领事馆的网站， 挂出了 ‘Multiple-entry visa for Chinese citizens with Substantially high incomes pdf filecommence on the 8th of May, 2017.’。

资料要求很简单：
a. Visa Application form (with a passport standard photo)

b. Passport (MRP / e-passport in compliance with the ICAO standard only)
不解释
c. Valid Australian visa (print out of VEVO)
VEVO 网站自己打印出来，也没什么可说的了。
d. A letter of explanation stating the reason of applying for the multiple visa.
这个看你个人吧。我的原因就是从2012年开始我每年都要去日本旅游一到两次，我周围朋友都是持有多次签，或者澳洲护照不需要签证。这个多次签证会跟我很大的灵活性blahblahblah。。。。。
同时列出了我过往单次签证的ref No。 其实我忘记列去年的签证了。交申请时候小哥看了这个资料还很奇怪的问我：你去年没去日本嘛，去了吧。。。。呃，好吧，我漏写了。。。
e. One or more of the following documents to substantiate your financial capability;
i. Bank statement (savings) for the last 6 months which show the available
balance as assets.
ii. Notice of assessments from the ATO, which shows your annual income.
iii. Portfolio investments.
我提供了 （i）和 （ii），加上我最近的三个payslip，还有公司SAP系统里打印出来的年收入。
f. The proof of relationship such as Birth certificate and Marriage certificate if the
applicant is applied along with the spouse or children. (English translation is
necessary when it’s written in other languages.)

一周下签。 三年多次73刀，五年的也一样费用。
通常的日本多次签证来说，分两种：
3年多次每次30天- multiple-entry visas to applicants with sufficient financial capability，
或者
5年多次每次90天 - multiple-entry visas for individuals with substantially high incomes
问了小哥，怎么样的收入可以3年，怎样的5年。他说不出一个标准，只是只要是澳洲full time工作那种收入的，基本都能申请。反正就是尽量提供资料，由领馆决定是3年还是5年。

14.12.2017更新，关于两次入境有无间隔条件：
我今天特地跑去领馆问了，没有相隔180天限制，每个月去都行。就是一年内累计不能超过180天，因为这样就不被视为旅行者。
