Large import and Distribution Company in South East Melbourne(Clayton) is looking for a full time Accounts Payable / Receivable / Personal Assistant.
Some key duties will include:
Allocate invoices
Responsible for petty cash, expenses and corporate credit cards
End-to-end accounts payable management
Reviewing, amending and creation of policies and procedures
Diary management and scheduling of meetings
Sending communication on behalf of the Manager
Filtering calls and attending to complaints
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Should be able to communicate in English and Chinese fluently orally and in writing
A positive attitude
The ability to work well in a team
Problem solving skills
Proven experience in task
management with strict deadlines delivered with accuracy and attention to detail
A "Can Do" attitude with a friendly demeanour
