打算裝潢公寓裡的一個公共浴室，和一個主臥浴室。目前拿了一個報價，總共要四萬塊上下，不包所有fittings和tilings。所以我看大概完工要五萬吧。大家覺得合理嗎？
大小分別為8平米和6平米左右。
main bathroom:
demolition: remove all fittings, tiles ,bath ,vanity ,shower , Wall plaster up to cornice ,back to studs .
Straighten stud walls ,Plumber to rough in pipes, Drains ,and mixers .Install niche in shower and shower base in floor.Walk in shower.install nogs for wall hung vanity ,toilet roll holder ,towel rail ,Install niche in shower,Plaster wall and cement sheet floor,Waterproof all wet areas .Tile floor ,Tile walls to cornice,
Fit off: install custom made vanity ,custom made mirror ,toilet ,tap wear ,Basins ,Towel rail , tiolet roll holder ,Shower screen,cork all areas.
Owner to supply all fittings ,Tiolet,mixers,tiles and grout ,
We supply all other materials ,frameless shower screen size 1150 x 2.0 approxamately ,custom made vanity allowence $1600.00 we supply
custom made mirror Allowance $715 we supply.
Ensuite bathroom up stairs
demolition remove all fitting tiles wall plaster up to 2,1 height ,back to studs.
straighten stud walls,plumber to rough in new pipes ,drains and mixers.
install niche in shower and shower base in floor.Walk in shower.Make opening for 3 door med cabinet ,install lintal to support studs over 3 door cabinet.install nogs for wall hung vanity and toilet roll holder,towel rail.plaster walls and cement sheet floor. Waterproof all wet areas.tile floor ,tile walls to 2.1 high.
Fit off: install vanity,med cabinet,toilet ,tap wear,basins ,towel rail,toilet roll holder,semi frameless shower screen and door.cork all areas.
owner to supply :all fittings,vanity,med cabinet,toilet,mixers,tiles and grout.
we supply all other materials,.Semi frameless shower screen supplied by builder
