We have an immediate requirement for a host working at two of our display suites.
Duties:
Based at our state-of-the-art city-fringe display suite, you will:
•        Be the first point of contact for VIP visitors & by appointment-only guests to the property sales display suite. Customer focused & helpful at all times
•        Make a great and lasting first impression by greeting & welcoming guests with a smile, offering refreshments and assistance
•        Take and address phone and email enquiries (from buyers, referral partners and general) as well as assist with pre-qualifications
•        Organise and attend events & functions
•        Ensure that the sales suite is looking flawless at all times and that marketing collateral is fully stocked and the display has all accessories to assist external sales agents with their appointments and events
•        Use your initiative and intelligence to research market trends and insights
•        Formulate financial models to provide sales analysis and provide reports to internal and external stakeholders
•        Collate information, prepare marketing documents, draft submissions and other materials for the team

Specific requirements:
•        FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT!
•        Hospitality/ hostess / customer service background ESSENTIAL
•        Certificate of registration preferred
•        Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research skills. Intermediate in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
•        Be instantly engaging, immaculately presented/polished and with high energy
•        Ambitious with a strong desire to work in Projects & Property Development
•        Familiar with the inner-city suburb, high end market
•        Can commit to working evening functions, as well as Saturdays and Sundays, with 2 days off midweek
•        Must have impeccable English and Mandarin is preferred
