倒装句，时间状语前置，强调this year。
不然的话，一般就说：I have been so lucky to have all of you in my life this year.

Without all of your friendship, love and support, it just wouldn’t have been the same.
it是形式主语，实际主语是前一句的my life？那么
Without all of your friendship, love and support, my life just wouldn’t have been the same.

Wishing 是现在分词，这里不能替换成Wish, 尽管Wish you…符合语法，而Wishing you…似乎语法不对。

The meaning would not change in the particular situation. Chandler could equally properly say 'I wish' or "I'm wishing' that 'everybody isn't here'. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the new year.
不用Wish you…是因为后者是祈使句，通常用于表达命令，有不太礼貌的嫌疑。
如果喜欢用wish you…那么可加上主语，I / We wish you…这样就避免了祈使句的出现。
这两种表达方式都可以的

关于二：

这个是 I wish (that)… 或 I am wishing (that)
